CBD, short for cannabidiol is one of more than a hundred cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. It is a naturally occurring compound found in the resinous flower of cannabis. Unlike THC, another well-known cannabinoid, CBD is non-psychoactive.
When applied topically to the skin, the most immediately recognizable effect is that it is rich in essential fatty acids, which assists in maintaining healthy, youthful, and glowing skin. It is also superior in helping to reduce the appearance of pore size, protecting the skin’s appearance from the damaging effects of aging and maintaining a soft, smooth and youthful look and feel.
Full Spectrum CBD (hemp oil) means that an oil or product contains all the cannabinoids, compounds, minerals, fiber, flavonoids, and terpenes that are found in the whole cannabis plant in nature, rather than just CBD (cannabidiol).
