If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of a QÚL Beauty product, you may return your product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@skinexperts.com to begin your return process.
Equipment:
We are confident that each piece works very well or it would not have made it onto our website to sell to you.
Buyers can return item(s) for a refund within 7 days from the day the item(s) were received, and the buyer is to afford the return shipping cost. The item(s) must be returned in the same exact condition as it was delivered. Please contact us at support@skinexperts.com to begin your return process.
Every piece of equipment comes with a one year warranty for manufacturer defects. Please be sure to read all instructions about care for any equipment purchased. Misuse will be taken into consideration when replacing any equipment.
