CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of the full value of the booked session.

Skin Experts Monthly Memberships are paid month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Memberships must be cancelled prior to renewal to avoid unwanted charges. If membership is not cancelled prior to renewal, monthly fees are non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled by sending a 30-day written notice via email directly to your location.
