CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of the full value of the booked session.

Skin Experts Monthly Memberships (Beauty Bank Accounts) require a 6-month commitment. Payments are monthly. After the 6-month commitment, Memberships must be cancelled prior to the next monthly renewal to avoid unwanted charges. If memberships are not cancelled prior to renewal, monthly fees are non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled by sending a written notice via email directly to your location. Members must give 30-day written notice.
