Yes! Our products are cruelty-free, sulfate-free, pure quality, vegan-friendly, and gluten-free. They are also 100% free from sulfates, phthalates, toxins, GMOs, and artificial colors and fragrances.

In what order should I apply my QÚL Products?
Your skin is unique to you as an individual, and it may benefit you to use our skincare products in different ways. For locking in hydration and the ultimate glow, this is the order we recommend.
Morning:
Rinse with water.
Super Hydrate: Start with the Hydrating Rose Water, then apply the Hyaluronic Hydration Primer. Allow the primer to absorb completely before applying the Anti-Aging Moisturizer.
Seal & Glow: Allow the moisturizer to soak in completely then apply the Glö Serum.
Protect: Finish with an application of our Sheer Defense Tinted SPF 46.
Night:
Cleanse with our Exfoliating Cleanser or Gentle Cleanser
Super Hydrate: Start with the Hydrating Rose Water, then apply the Hyaluronic Hydration Primer. Allow the primer to absorb completely.
Firm & Repair: Depending on your skin, apply the Night Repair Moisturizer OR the Skin Repair Complex. For the ultimate beauty sleep, apply both starting with the Night Repair Moisturizer first.
Bi-Weekly: one to two times a week, after cleansing, apply a generous amount of the Firm & Hydrate Mask. Either let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse OR sleep in the mask overnight and rinse in the morning.

All first-time guests receive a complimentary 25-minute Express Facial so you can experience Skin Experts first hand. You may also upgrade to a 55-minute Signature Facial for only $50 (value $135).
To reserve your appointment, we require a credit card on file. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Missed appointments are charged the full value of the service ($65).
While gratuity is not required, it is always appreciated if you feel your esthetician provided exceptional care.
Complimentary facials are subject to availability. Additional restrictions may apply. Skin Experts reserves the right to modify or refuse promotional services when necessary.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged a Late Cancellation fee of the full cost of the booked session.
Skin Experts Monthly Membership (Beauty Bank Account) requires a 6-month commitment. Payments are monthly. After the 6-month period, the Membership continues on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. After the 6-month commitment, Memberships must be cancelled prior to next monthly renewal to avoid unwanted charges. If membership is not cancelled prior to renewal, monthly fees are non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled with written notice via email to your specific location. Members must give 30-day written notice.
Are Memberships refundable?
All Memberships are non-refundable. This includes monthly memberships, pay-in-full memberships (QÚL, QÚL-ER, QÚL-EST) or pay-later options (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Please see our RETURN POLICY for more details.
How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we recommend a facial every 3-4 weeks. Your skin regenerates on a monthly cycle, and consistent treatments allow us to correct, maintain, and elevate your results over time.
That said, your Skin Expert will personalize a plan based on your skin goals — whether that's acne, anti-aging, hydration, or overall glow.
For a treatment series (i.e. Teen Acne, TCA Treatment) we recommend a treatment every 1-2 weeks for best results.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Most of our facials have little to no downtime. You can expect to leave glowing, refreshed, and event-ready.
If you choose to add treatments like dermaplaning or targeted corrective services like our TCA Peel Treatment, your Skin Expert will guide you through what to expect and any aftercare recommendations. We believe in results — without disrupting your life.
